Federal Title IV Refund Policy (R2T4)

The Financial Aid Office is required by federal law to recalculate federal financial aid eligibility for students who completely withdraw from AHSN prior to completing 60% of the term. The R2T4 calculation is based upon the concept that students earn their financial aid in production to the amount of time in which they are enrolled. Once 60% of the term is completed, a student is considered to have earned 100% of their financial aid. If a student earned less aid than was disbursed, the Financial Aid Office is required to return all or a portion of their Title IV funds.

Students applying for financial aid should file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) before May 1st of each year found online at www.fafsa.ed.gov. If you have any questions, please contact the Financial Aid Officer at 215.710.3522.

The school considers for enrollment all applicants without regard to race, creed, color, national origin, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, marital status or physical handicap as required by Federal law.
