Hot Stone Massage
True Spa Experience! Placement of heated Basalt Stones on the body in conjunction with the healing and aromatic scents of nature's essential oils makes for a true spa like experience. Certain contraindications apply, such as, pregnancy, circulatory and cardiovascular disorders, diabetes, extremes in blood pressure, geriatric patients and cancer.
Fee:       $100/90 minutes session

Indian Head Massage
Known in Hinki as "Champi" head massage, originated in India and is a centuries old family practice. The treatment works through the shoulders, arms, hands, neck, scalp and face. It can help relieve or alleviate tension headaches, eyestrain, scalp tension, neck and shoulder stiffness, mental tiredness, anxiety and stress.
Fee:      $40/30 minute session

Prenatal Massage
Pre-natal massage focuses on pain and discomfort in the neck and lower back area due to body changes associated with pregnacy. Swedish massage techniques are primarily used. Not recommended in the 1st trimester.
Fee:       $65/60 minute session 

Reiki
Reiki, as a healing, living energy, can increase the overall energy stores of the body. Reiki directly brings universal energy into the physical body. It also provides limitless benefits of physical, mental and emotional balance.
Fee:       $40/30 minute session

Traditional Usui Reiki Level 1 Class
Reiki is a type of energy bodywork that relies on the ancient belief in the life force energy that flows through all things. The practice of Reiki is comprised of three levels of training. Through this training, the practitioner learns how to access energy flow through the hands to heal. This class will certify you as completed Level 1.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue massage will help relieve chronic pain resulting from injury, poor posture and tired, over-worked muscles. It will help to remove lactic acid and restore muscle tone and range of motion.

Sugar & Shea Footsie Treatment
Our rescue remedy service with a peppermint twist! Feet are cleansed and gently exfoliated with a natural brown sugar scrub. After a generous slathering of warm, melted organic shea butter, feet are wrapped and slipped into heated booties for a deep moisturizing treatment. Enjoy a light massage of the shoulders, neck and scalp while treatment processes. Session ends with a stimulating peppermint foot massage.

Massage Cupping™ Therapy
Massage Cupping™ bodywork is based on the common practice of Chinese cupping therapy, and the incredible results that this simple treatment produces have truely impressed those who experience its subtle power. By creating suction and negative pressure, Massage Cupping™ therapy is used to soften tight muscles and tone muscle attachments, loosen adhesions and lift connective tissue, bring hydration and blood flow to body tissues, and drain excess fluids and toxins by opening lymphatic pathways. "Back to Basics" Treatment
Session starts with hot steamed towels rubbed briskly over the entire back to cleanse and gently exfoliate the skin. Rubbing improves circulation and enhances lymphatic flow. Skin is then rehydrated with a special blend of aromatherapy oils formulated just for men. Back massage follows and concludes the session.

Gentleman Customized Signature Facial
Deep relaxation, cleansing and hydration are used to bring our male client's clear and youthful complexion to life.
