Nursing Programs Benefit Nurses

Through a variety of nursing programs, Aria Health ths and its Department of Nursing work to acknowledge the expertise, experience, contributions, and professionalism of the Aria nursing staff.

  • Professional Nurse Recognition Program (PNRP) - This program is designed to define, develop, evaluate, and reward various levels of clinical nursing expertise and professionalism.  
  • Educational Assistance - Supported by Aria Health for all employees.
  • Certification Bonus - Additional $3.00 per hour for national certification.
  • Step Program - Recognizes and rewards your years of experience as a nurse through an incremental pay scale.
  • GEM (Going the Extra Mile!) - Recognition by peers, patients and their families.
  • Nurse Excellence Awards - Recipients of these awards are chosen by their peers and recognized for demonstrated clinical excellence.  The awards are presented annually during Nurses' Week.
  • WAY-TO-GLOW - Employee incentive program focusing on Performance Improvement. "Watts" are awarded for all Performance Improvement initiatives with annual recognition and reward to the PI team and department with the most "watts."
