Gastrointestinal Conditions
GI Problems Affect Women
Some problems involving the gastrointestinal (GI) system tend to be more common in women. These include irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) , gallstones , constipation , and other conditions. Knowledge about the digestive system, its disorders and its complexities, is an important area of women's health.
Our experienced staff knows how to identify the possible signs of these conditions. We can refer you to the appropriate medical provider for further examination and for testing, as needed, to determine the cause of GI symptoms.
Our center can offer treatment for some of these problems, as well as referral to Aria's well-regarded Division of Gastroenterology for definitive care of GI conditions.
