The Cancer Center at Aria Health provides a comprehensive range of high-quality patient-care and support services. Board-certified surgeons, radiation oncologists, and medical oncologists – as well as certified cancer nurses, social workers, and other healthcare team members – work together to treat both the physical and emotional sides of cancer in a comfortable setting. The Center also offers patients a range of educational and support services.
Research
A member of the Jefferson Cancer Network, Aria's Cancer Center gives patients access to the latest knowledge and investigational care of the National Cancer Institute (NCI), the Radiation Therapy Oncology Group (RTOG), the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG), and the Jefferson Oncology Group (JOG).
Convenience
The Cancer Center is located at Aria Health-Torresdale (Knights & Red Lion Roads in Northeast Philadelphia). The Cancer Center has dedicated parking adjacent to the main entrance and offers free transportation services for patients receiving radiation therapy.
Aria offers cancer services at its other campuses as well: Aria Health-Frankford (Frankford Avenue and Wakeling Street in Northeast Philadelphia) and Aria Health Bucks County (380 North Oxford Valley Road in Langhorne, Pa.).
