Jason J. Waterman, MD, specializes in diagnosing and treating athletic injuries through non-operative measures.
Dr. Waterman received his undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University, in Bowling Green, OH, and his medical degree from the University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences, in Toledo, OH. He completed a residency in internal medicine at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH, and fellowships in sports medicine at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA, and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
Following his clinical training, Dr. Waterman has spent significant time working with both the Philadelphia Eagles and Philadelphia Flyers, as well as working with the collegiate athletic teams at Rowan University and is currently the lead physician for Chestnut Hill Academy, in Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Waterman’s extensive experience with athletes of all levels from high school to the elite and professional ranks makes him a much sought after physician. He is also a member of the medical staff at the Philadelphia Marathon, the Penn Relays, and is a guest lecturer in West Chester University’s Athletic Training Department, as well as at Penn Charter High School, Springside Academy, and Chestnut Hill Academy.
